1)eat more healthy food(I’ve already eaten 3 times at Macdonald’s this year and it’s very very bad! So no Macdonald’s since this day!)
2)take exercises more often( I lke it but I had no time lately for it because I was very busy)
3)loose some weight( I start feeling uncomfortable with it)
4)drink a lot of water(it’s very good for skin and for all your body)
5) take care about my hair(winter weather is damaging them so much!)
