MY OWN FASHION WEEK - Friday(tired of university)

Some teachers have a talent for eating student's brain. I was so so tired after the university! Today I also started attending photo lessons.

I know I know...I'm a bad girl because i didn't do what I promised and today I can't post any outfit for MY OWN FASHION WEEK. This day was quite saturated-I met with my friends and visited the exhibition of Fabio Viale's works. I just don't have enough words to describe it because his works are absolutely incredible. All of his sculptures are made of marble and they go contrary to all the laws of physics. After the exhibition I went to my mother's shop to fill up my wardrobe.The new collection arrived so I didn't leave with empty hands of course!:) You can see the PHOTOS from the fall campaign for this shop HERE-all the styling and make up for this photo shoot was made by me. MY OWN FASHION WEEK - Wednesday(my cousin's wedding)

It was a first time I attended at any wedding so it was very touching and exciting. The only thing that was darkening this day for me were my poor,worn out feet. I know now that it's impossible for me to wear heels every day-my feet just hate me when I do so. It's a pity that I took not so much photos with my camera,so here is just one(it's too hard to teach my grany to work with my camera well).

MY OWN FASHION WEEK - Tuesday( nice day with Julia)

I've spent almost all day with my dear friend Julia because it was her Birthday.We went to fabric shop today and I noticed some great fabrics to sew something for fall and winter.

MY OWN FASHION WEEK - Monday( ordinary day at university)

Hi everyone! I have good news for you!:) From this day and till the end of this week I'm going to REFRESH my blog DAILY! I was thinking about making such series of posts for a long time already but I was always too busy to dress up every day or something else. Today I thought-it's right time now!So here is MY OWN FASHION WEEK that will end on Sunday. I decided to make this project(and I'm going to repeat it in the future) because I wanted to motivate muself to dress up every day at least during one week. The weather became so bad that everyday I feel temptation to fit in simple jeans and put on sneaker-I know that it's the most infallible way to lose vitality so I just had to do something to prevent it. So from this day only nice outfits and heels!Especially as I have so many good events this week- my cousins wedding and Julia's birthday!

This morning he told me that green tights is a big "no!no!" and that everybody would laugh at me.I'm a person that never listens to someones opinion and I always wear just what I like so I went out this morning being elated and was feeling myself great all day long wearing these "kikimora's,awful" tights)))). I don't like stereotypes.

Today I met with my mates from university to have a dinner and talk about summer vacation and our plans for future. I just love these guys so it was a great day for me-we laugh a lot when we are together. I was also very happy that the weather was fine enough to wear my new vintage dress-I already thought that it would wait till next summer to be shown.

It's time now to take care of my body(strange,right?the summer is over and only now I start to think about it) so when it comes to food I choose the best quality and taste against quantity.
This time I was pleasantly surprised by new issue of Elle because it was much more interesting then usually.A new team was working for it and I can see it clearly because it became very witty, glamorous and creative. Before it Russian Elle was something like Cosmopolitan Russia-a magazine for tired housewifes.

Busy blogger

Hi everyone! Some of you were asking why my posts became so rare.Believe me I really have a wish for blogging now and I have a lot of photos and ideas to show you but this week I was staying with my sister and brother because my mother was out of town and I was very very busy cooking meals for the whole family and looking after these frolicsome children.Tomorrow I go back to my sweet flat and next days you can expect colorful posts about my plans for fall that concern fashion and life style!

behind the scenes

So finally here is a post about the photo shoot for my mothers shop!
It took place at a new art galary/restaurant/boutique/don't even know how to call it in general!But anyway I can say that it's totaly unusual place for our city. It is called Loft project "Storeys" and it is situated in old building of bread-baking plant. I was working for this photo shoot as a make up artist/stylist so I had to make all the looks from head to toes. I'm working as a stylist only for half a year now and I have a good advice for all of you who wants to become a stylist-start collecting costume jewellery and other accessories right now because if you work at photo shoot yo need a HUGE amount of such things to complete the looks. All clothes on the model are from my mothers shop except the shoes and costume jewellery(they are from my own collection).
Some more words about the place...As I already told you that day I was feeling absolutely happy because that place was giving me such a great charge of inspiration that I believed that I can fulfil my dreams even in Saint-Petersburg. The best thing is that all the people that come there are extremely creative and that makes me believe that I'm not the only person here who wants to do not dull office work but create something special and that I can earn a living doing what I really like.Now I feel that my life is changing ,I'm getting mature and that day my inner voice whispered me that I do right things and that I'm on the right track.
All the photos that you see here are some kind of "behind the scenes" and made by me. Photos from the fall campaign are not ready yet so I'll show you them later.

The place where most of the photos were taken was very modern so I decided to do quite an edgy make up for eyes and make pale lips.

Hi everyone!I'm sorry that I didn't make the post that I promised to make! My mother was a little bit sick and I had to help her with some household chores. Tomorrow I go back home and I'll post about the photo shoot.
These days I was reading all the blogs that I have in my list and I'm a bit bored because people don't update too often now because they are on vacation .I need some new fresh and really inspiring blogs to read and watch. It has to be something with strong personality(not only pictures from magazines and so on) and soul. Something like style diary or something about life style in general. I'm waiting from you some names and references of great blogs!I really NEED TO REFRESH MY BLOG LIST.Thank you!

Hi everyone! I had a wonderful day today! I was working as a make up artist/stylist at a photo shoot for the fall campaign for my mothers shop. It took place at one really amazing and very inspiring place, so tomorrow you can expect a loooong post from me about the shooting with backstage photos(they turned out really great!) because today I'm too tired(but happy!) to post all the photos.
On this photo you can see my outfit that I was wearing for the trying on two days before the shooting. It was a case when the whole outfit was built around one piece-this vintage cat eye frames(may be you remember them) that I bought in Helsinki. When I try them on I immediately want to make some kind of retro look and of course wear red lipstick. When I was dressing up I didn't think of any character that could be similar to me but then my friend's husband(he is not interested in fashion at all though) told me that I looked like one character with very strange name Polza(translated as "benefit")from the film "The Fops" and he was right partly! Anyway I really like this outfit because I rarely look so feminine.

Every season I choose a new color of nail polish that I like the most-this summer it was definetely sky blue. I found this nail polish by Dance Legend №343 at one beauty show in the middle of the winter when I was just dreaming about summer and now I use it almost all the time.
